Data Privacy Policy
1. General Information & Website Analytics
When users navigate or interact with our core website properties, basic performance metrics are recorded standardly. This covers anonymized connection attributes, system log timestamps, browser settings, and regional parameters. This data is evaluated exclusively to monitor server stability, diagnose network exceptions, and protect the security of our infrastructure.
2. Google API Services User Data Policy Disclosure
Our platform incorporates technical integrations leveraging secure Google OAuth 2.0 verification frameworks to handle data parsing for product catalog adjustments. To satisfy compliance requirements under the Google API Services User Data Policy, we detail the five distinct core categories below:
Data Accessed
Our application, Studio by adstrong, interfaces with the Google Ads API and the Content API for Shopping. The specific OAuth 2.0 scopes requested are https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (Google Ads API) and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content (Content API for Shopping). Through these authorized connections, our processing pipelines securely retrieve standard aggregate, non-personally identifiable product performance metrics mapped directly to specific catalog identifiers (Offer IDs). This includes, but is not limited to, volumetric performance dimensions, campaign interaction rates, spend metrics, and transaction milestones identical to those visible inside your native Google Ads panels.
Simultaneously, our system reads taxonomy configurations and existing catalog attribute slots within your linked Google Merchant Center account to align processing fields.
Data Usage
The product-level metrics retrieved from your Google Ads configuration are passed through our automated evaluation core to perform surface-layer trend analysis. This process organizes individual catalog items into high-level strategic visibility tiers based on historical performance attributes.
Once classified, our automation pushes these updated categorizations directly back to your active Google Merchant Center profiles by adjusting the dedicated custom labels. This data cycle operates solely on classification tags to optimize campaign prioritization layouts.
adstrong studio's use of data obtained via Google APIs is strictly limited to providing the product labeling functionality described in this policy. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, build advertising profiles, or for any purpose beyond the core classification feature visible in the application interface. This is in full compliance with the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Data Sharing
adstrong studio does not sell, rent, trade, share, or transfer data fetched via Google API scopes to external marketing services, third-party analytical networks, tracking brokers, or data marketplaces. All processed metrics remain strictly confined within our secure platform architecture.
Data Storage & Protection
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access credentials and configuration settings are securely encrypted and stored within restricted infrastructure environments.
Data Retention & Deletion
We preserve data only during periods of an active subscription. Users maintain control over their linked accounts and can disconnect our platform's access path at any time. Data will be completely purged from our active production systems upon explicit user request, or during standard automated database maintenance cleanup cycles.
3. Third-Party Links & Networks
Our utilities execute no automated transfers of functional data configurations out to secondary software stacks or external networks, except for the secure, targeted adjustments pushing classification data directly back to your merchant account profile as detailed in Section 2.
4. Data Rights & Regulatory Adjustments
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CCPA, and equivalent global data privacy frameworks, users may contact our privacy officers to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we maintain. All inquiries are processed in compliance with applicable regional data protection laws.
5. Privacy Contact & Support
For questions regarding our data handling methods or to submit a formal inquiry, please contact our support monitoring team through the contact channels provided inside your account management console.
